Reporting a Damaged Item

If your product arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right. To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at sales@vasabi.in with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and the outer packaging (make sure the damage is clearly visible in the images)

This information helps us process your request quickly and efficiently.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your email and the required images, our team will review and assess the issue. If the damage is confirmed, we will offer you one of the following solutions:

  • A free replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
  • A store credit for the value of the item, which you can use for future purchases on our website

Please note:

  • Requests received after 48 hours from the time of delivery will not be eligible for any resolution.
  • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
  • The decision to approve a replacement or store credit lies solely with our team based on the evidence provided.
